replaced 1 contractor slot per squad with paramedic to appropriately reflect the roles available in the mission file. omatsuri mambo and such

ORBAT is up. contractor can be anything you want, as long as it's not SL or TL. no melee mod so you'll have to settle role disputes peacefully.
