No staggered load-in unless the server crashes.
In the event of a server crash and we need to do a staggered load in follow;
Leadership joins first(0-0,1-0,2-0, Squad Leaders and Team Leaders)
1-1 joins after 8 minutes
1-2 joins 5 minutes after 1-1 joins
1-3 joins 5 minutes after 1-2 joins
2-1 joins 5 minutes after 1-3 joins
2-2 joins 5 minutes after 2-1 joins
